WazirX users affected by the 2023 hack face partial reimbursement as the exchange submits a revised restructuring plan to the Singapore High Court. The proposal, due for a decision by June 20, involves rebranding to Zensui and relocating to Panama while declaring bankruptcy.

Court documents reveal the initial plan was rejected on June 4, prompting a June 6 reconsideration request. The exchange''s strategy hinges on returning a percentage of lost funds rather than full restitution, potentially extinguishing users'' rights to further claims.
